process apparently never started in /var/jenkins/workspace/Kokkos_nightly@tmp/durable-c0d25bdd (running Jenkins temporarily with -Dorg.jenkinsci.plugins.durabletask.BourneShellScript.LAUNCH_DIAGNOSTICS=true might make the problem clearer)
